Ultrasonic Spray Electrolyte Layers

A method for preparing an electrochromic film or an electrolyte film on a substrate by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis deposition, comprising:
A surfactant is mixed with an aqueous precursor solution containing an electrochromic component or an electrolyte component to obtain a spray solution.
The spray solution was introduced into the ultrasonic spray deposition nozzle at a constant flow rate of 0.1 mL / min to 2 mL / min, and an ultrasonic frequency of 80 to 120 kHz was applied to atomize the droplets of the precursor solution. Generated, the atomized droplets are transported to the substrate preheated to 200-450 ° C with a controlled air jet as a gas carrier at a pressure of 0.50-2.0 psi.
During the deposition on the preheated substrate, the atomized droplets are thermally deformed to form an electrochromic film or an electrolyte film.
