Ultrasonic Nozzle Device
The ultrasonic nozzle device is for low-pressure spraying.
It is atomizing the supplied material by using the vibration of the ultrasonic wave area, and it has a very uniform particle size distribution.
Unlike high pressure spraying of pressurized nozzle which is widely used, spraying of low pressure spray minimizes scattering of raw material.
The ultrasonic nozzle has a unique resonance frequency according to the designed shape. The high vibration energy generated at this time creates strong surface tension waves on the raw material supplied to the nozzle tip of the ultrasonic nozzle. Since the amplitude of the generated surface tension waves is kept constant, the size of the droplets coming off the raw material becomes fairly uniform. If the environment is the same, the size of the droplet becomes smaller as the frequency becomes higher.
