Ultrasonic Manual Cutter – Ultra Sonic Cutter – Cheersonic

HFC300 is ultrasonic knife which could slice the cake of ambient temperature lower density, such as: sponge cakes, chiffon cakes and so on. The length of the knife is 300 mm.

HFM3000R is designed for all kinds of round cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. There is one blade in 305 mm width. As the ultrasonic cutting system is the same as automatic ultrasonic cutting machine, the slicing effect is the same as automatic cutter. There would be rail under the cake for accurate cutting. It is economic handheld ultrasonic slicing machine which is suitable for small production manufacturers.
