Ultrasonic Deposited Film

UAM4000L ultrasonic spray coating system can deposit low/medium density liquids on a substrate (minimum 10cmx10cm) that could be heated up to 100C. Deposited film uniformity of +/- 5%. UAM4000L can be equipped at least 2 sprays with two separate delivery systems to avoid cross- contamination. To avoid solution sedimentation, it has a circulation system to avoid sedimentation and clogging of the nozzles.
