TCO Glass Coating
TCO glass refers to a component formed by uniformly plating a layer of transparent conductive oxide film (Transparent Conductive Oxide) on the surface of flat glass by physical or chemical coating methods. For thin-film solar cells, since the intermediate semiconductor layer has almost no lateral conductivity, TCO glass must be used to effectively collect the current of the battery. At the same time, the TCO film has high transmission and anti-reflection functions to allow most of the light to enter the absorption layer. TCO glass production process TCO glass process is mainly divided into ultra-white float glass production and TCO coating.
TCO coating, ultrasonic glass coating system is used to spray various functional coatings to various sizes of glass, such as spraying transparent conductive oxide coatings, photoresist coatings, electrochromic coatings, CNT or nanowire coatings, anti-reflection ( TiO2, SiO2) paint.
TCO glass is prepared by ultrasonic spraying equipment, and the prepared transparent conductive oxide film particles are more uniform, and the film is uniformly cut and very thin. The uniform dispersion of the particles results in a larger effective surface area and greater electrical properties on a thinner layer. The high degree of uniformity over a large area costs only a small part of CVD and other conventional processes. Highly controllable spraying can achieve selective area coating processes that other coating methods cannot.
