Sweet New Zealand: Lolly Cake Cut
Lolly cake is obviously one of the children’s favorite recipes.
Lolly cake or lolly log is a New Zealand type of no bake cake which contains “lollies” (sweets / candies) as its main ingredient.
Crush malt biscuits, and cut eskimo lollies into small pieces. Melt the butter, and condensed milk in the microwave. Roll into a log, and wrap in grease paper, or flaten into a tray and put into the fridge to set.
When you finish your Lolly cake, you are ready to cut it, and my advice is to use a hand-held ultrasonic cutter. Compact and flexible ultrasonic cutting knife professional cut exquisite beauty dessert … until you cut in and reveal the amazing brightly coloured lollies!
