Owner Zenn revealed that she has reduced the sugar in their recipe, and uses a very light cream cheese resulting in a far less decadent rendition of a traditional cheesecake – making it more guilt free.

Her proudest cake is perhaps the Strawberry Tofu Cheesecake with fresh strawberries encase in jelly with digestive biscuit crust at the bottom. Think jelly-hearts in cake form. Of the peach and strawberry, this is the lovelier and tastier version.
