Will you be good at opera if you eat a opera cake? In fact, opera cake is a French cake. It is made with layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee (or Grand Marnier) French buttercream, and covered in a chocolate glaze. Traditionally, the word Opera is also written on top of the chocolate glaze. Edible gold leaf is sometimes added to the presentation. There are two theories as to the origin of the Opéra, the most widely known being that it came from the dessert shop Dalloyau and was given this name because of the squared-off appearance of the cake, which resembled the stage of the Opera Garnier. The other theory is that it was given this name as a tribute to an opera dancer who was a regular visitor. This classic French Opera Cake is made with layers of almond sponge, potent coffee syrup, French buttercream, and chocolate ganache. It’s worthy of any special occasion.

Cheersonic can help you because it has the following advantages: Minimum waste: Ultrasonic vibrations prevents food from breaking, crushing or sticking to the blade. Efficiency: the ultrasonic process which is easy to automate enables us to cut products faster than traditional technology. The shape of the cut product will only be modified a little. Ingredients, such as Fruits, chocolate, raisins and nuts, will keep their shape and position in the product. The cutter is durable, which reduces the production downtime. Due to the high self-purifying capacity of the knives, almost no residual products adhere to the blade surface. Minimum off cuts and at the same time rapid, variable, accurate and neat cuts – with smooth cutting edges. With innovative ultrasonic technique you will achieve the best cutting quality! Ultrasonic cutting technology is an advanced industrial technology, which uses high-frequency vibrations to cut materials accurately. Using the high frequency vibrations of the sonotrode (blade), we can greatly reduce the friction between the product and the blade, and even when processing delicate, soft or fragile products, we can achieve high-quality cutting.
