Programmable XYZ Coating System
Cheersonic’s UAM4000L programmable XYZ coating system product is a completely enclosed, flexible, programmable 3-axis device that can be configured with any ultrasonic nozzle to create a variety of spray shapes and patterns. The system can spray at very low flow rates and provides many precise options, including Z-axis rotation, dual nozzle/dual liquid function, real-time video, heated vacuum plate, and continuous injection pumping liquid.
UAM4000L is an ultrasonic coating system with large spray area and high production capacity. Cheersonic’s ultrasonic nozzle has the characteristics of non-clogging, highly uniform, low-speed spray, and the median droplet size is as small as 13 microns.
