Project Description
Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis for TCO Deposition
Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis for TCO Deposition. The UAM6000 system is an automated ultrasonic spray pyrolysis deposition system for forming TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) layers in thin film solar cells and advanced electronics manufacturing. Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzles offer non-blocking, repeatable, long-life performance, even when sprayed with corrosive solutions at harsh high temperatures. The TCO layer deposited by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis has the same efficiency as the TCO layer produced using vacuum deposition (CVD) or sputtering equipment, but the equipment cost is small and the amount of raw materials used is also reduced. In a typical spray pyrolysis process, an ultrasonic nozzle is used to atomize the oxide solution.
