So the, bigger size dust particles get collected at the surface of the Filter and flue gases leaves Bag filter through the outlet. Filter bags are working in various industries, formulation units, paint booths, Chemical Units, Pharmaceuticals etc. The filter Bags are available in different filtration capacity ranging from 1 micron to 100 micron. Filter bags has been applied in power plants, steel plants, cement plants, waste incineration plants, chemical plants, ferrosilicon plants, non-ferrous metals, smelters, various boiler dust bags, frameworks (filter cages), and various coated dust removal products.

Workpiece is held between the sonotrode and the anvil wheel and welded continuously under pressure. Filters of any shape, particularly narrow, conical forms can be realized with overlap seams or folds, especially fine cutting welds can work easily and precisely on our special machines.
