Ultrasonic Coating
Ultrasonic coating coaters are used to make and deposit films on different surfaces by spraying. Ultrasonic coating sprayers are versatile and easy to use. Applications range from solar cells, electronic components, sensors, anti-reflective coatings, smart coatings, protective films or biocide films.
Application
Energy
Fuel cell, spray technology is ideal for manufacturing high performance fuel cells. Process engineers can better control the uniform distribution of catalysts compared to other technologies.
Solar cells, spray technology can reduce the cost of manufacturing solar cells. The system offers the possibility of controlling overspray and coating quality.
Electronic Product
Photoresist coating on the wafer body, spray technology used to spray a uniform photoresist coating onto a high aspect ratio device. The system allows for uniform coverage along the top, side walls and bottom of the deep trough.
Sensors, coatings using spray technology have been studied as interesting materials for gas sensors, chemical sensors, optical sensors and biosensors.
Health and advanced materials
Health – Drug-eluting stents and drug-eluting balloons, polymer coatings with drug-eluting properties on the surface of metal stents by spray coating are key technologies for the manufacture of drug-eluting stents and balloons.
Advanced Materials – Transparent conductive films, spray technology has been used to make ITO, graphene, Ag nanowires or CNT films for the development of transparent conductive films for touch panel displays or other glass substrates.
