4 eggs

1. Separate egg white and egg yolk, add corn oil and milk to egg yolk
2. Stir evenly with a hand-held whisk
3. Sift in low-gluten flour
4. Continue to stir evenly
5. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

7. Divide one third of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly

Tips
