R&D Spray Coater

R&D Spray Coater – Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle Coating Technology – Cheersonic

For R&D purpose, I recommend our ultrasonic spray coating machine UAM4000L which is popular in laboratory R&D or low-volume production. And I equipped the below configuration for you.

(1) Programmable XYZ axis exercise system
(2) Installed with two sets of ultrasonic spray system UCW50 and UCA120
For UCW50, frequency is 50kHz, spray width is 10-60mm
For UCA120, frequency is 120kHz, spray width is 2-10mm
(3) 400*400mm of combination heat and vacuum substrate plate: the max heating is up to 150℃. It could finish adsorption and heating simultaneous.
(4) The liquid delivery system, equipped with precision syringe pump and one set of ultrasonic dispersion syringe and one set of Hamilton syringe.
(5) 7 inch touch screen with user friendly interface R&D MCU embedded system, 3 user log in levels – Operator, Supervisor and Engineer. The storage programs is up to 9999 sets.
(6) Up to 80% reduction in material consumption. Uniform and controllable coating thickness meet from ten nanometers to tens of micrometers. Coating uniformity>95%.
