Method: 1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk, and ensure that the egg white is free of oil and water. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator first. 2. Add milk and corn oil to egg yolk to fully emulsify. 3. Sift the low-gluten flour into it and stir until there is no flour. 4. Divide the egg yolk paste into 5 equal parts and add the pigment color you like. 5. Preheat the oven up and down at 160 degrees. Take out the egg whites from the refrigerator, add an appropriate amount of lemon, and add the fine sugar in three portions. Beat the meringue until it is stiff and foam and divide into 5 portions. Add the egg yolk paste in two portions and mix well. 6. Pour the finished cake batter into the mold, lightly drop the mold to shake out large bubbles, put it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
