Pineapple Cake Slicer

Pineapple Sunshine Cake – A light and fluffy pineapple-infused cake, topped with a sweet and creamy whipped cream frosting. This cake is always a crowd pleaser!

This ultrasonic sheet cake cutting machine features 2 slicing station for portioning of sheet products. It includes a servo driven conveyor, multiple axis cutting head, automatic onload and offload options by hand. The product moves into the cutting area and is portioned by one ultrasonic cutting station. The cut pattern is chosen from the touch screen operator interface.
