Industrial Ultrasonic Cake Slicers

This Industrial Ultrasonic Cake Slicers have a cutting station and a cutting blade. Online cutting for fresh flakes or round cake products. The machine has a servo-driven conveyor with a 6-axis cutting head. An automatic loading conveyor can be added upstream of this equipment, and an automatic export conveyor can be added downstream to greatly improve cutting efficiency. It is used to cut a round cake into wedge slices, or to cut a whole cake into squares, rectangles, triangles, diamonds, parallelograms, hexagons, and other shapes. Ultrasonic blades are ideal for cutting fresh and delicate bakery products. The UFM5500 series is ideal for cutting all types of products at different temperatures.
