Homemade Roast Pork Knuckle
This roast pork knuckle is marinated first and then roasted.

Ingredients
2 pork trotters / appropriate amount of ginger slices / a little rock sugar /
2 tablespoons of soybean paste / 2 star anise / 2 bay leaves /
1 small handful of Chinese pepper / 1 small piece of grass fruit / 2 small pieces of cinnamon
Step
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Trotter 2 tablespoons of cooking wine ginger slices blanched, rinse well after cooling.
