Ultrasonic food cutting is used by a broad spectrum of companies within the food processing industry. The ultrasonic blades which are made of Titanium are vibtared minutely with 20,000 or 40,000 times/second. This small vibration allows to reduce the frictional resistance at cutting surface, and allows the ultrasonic blade to cut the products smoothly.
Also, this small ultrasonic vibration prevents food products from adherence to the surface of the cutting blade, and prevent a mount of swarf of food.
The cutting blade is made of Titanium which does not bring chemical action, so it provides clean and safe manufacturing scene.
