FOOD INDUSTRY

The use of ultrasonic technology in the food industry makes it possible to solve difficult cutting and separation tasks. For this, CHEERSONIC develops units and modules by specific ultrasonic of the client.

With the ultrasonic technology , cutting and separating processes can be automated for different products of the food industry. Special tools (sonotrodes), placed in vibration with ultrasound, cut the respective product. Because the geometry and vibration behavior of the sonotrodes define the pitch, we adjust the sonotrodes individually according to the respective applications and their requirements. Through vibration, the wear and tear of the cutting horns are relatively low. During ultrasonic cutting , it is also possible to process both soft and very hard products.

APPLICATIONS

The units and modules ultrasonically of CHEERSONIC can be integrated seamlessly into existing machine concepts. We develop and produce our products specifically according to the wishes of our customers. So far we have been able to carry out various applications successfully in practice, such as:
