Cake Slicing Systems. I recommend four types of machines HFM3000, UFM1000, UFM1000P and UFM5000 for you. All the machines could be cut the cakes with temperature minus 15-18 degrees. UFM5000 is universal machine; HFM3000 is manual type; UFM1000 and UFM1000P are only for round cake, but UFM1000P could insert paper after cutting. We have successful experience for cheesecake, Tiramisu, pie and chocolate cake.
