Cheersonic has been a manufacturer of precision ultrasonic spraying systems for over 20 years. Cheersonic ultrasonic spray technology enables uniform thin film nanocoatings that are highly durable and increase efficiency while minimizing overspray and waste of expensive coating inks. We are excited to contribute to the development of sustainable energy production and storage technologies and thus to further improve these green technologies. The ultrasonic spray coating machine produce highly durable, uniform, coatings of carbon-based catalyst inks onto both fuel cell and electrolysis processes for proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers such as Nafion, without deformation of the membrane.

1. The ultrasonic spray coating equipment is used for laboratory R&D
2. The solid content of the suspension close to 5 wt.% and can be diluted by diluted ink.
3. The standard size of heating and vacuum plate is 500*500mm, 600*600mm. It can be customized based on the customer’s requirements. It could finish adsorption and heating simultaneous to improve the uniformity of the film.
4. The liquid delivery system including the auto refilling pump and 50ml stirring syringe.
5. Up to 80% reduction in material consumption. Uniform and controllable coating thickness meet from ten nanometers to tens of micrometers. Coating uniformity>95%.
