3 potatoes / 3 slices bacon /
Half of onion / appropriate amount of colored pepper / appropriate amount of rosemary /
Small tomatoes or shiitake mushrooms

Sauce:

Right amount of butter / right amount of minced garlic / right amount of oyster sauce /
Appropriate amount of honey / appropriate amount of black pepper / appropriate amount of salt

Step

  2. After cleaning the potatoes, lightly cut the bottom for easy slicing.

  4. Soak in water for a while to soak the starch in the potatoes. After drying the water, use a brush to brush the prepared butter on the potatoes, even in the gaps. Wrap it in tin foil and put it in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
