Step description

○ Tart making part
1 / Put low-gluten flour, powdered sugar, butter, and eggs into a basin and knead into a smooth dough.
2 / Brush the pan with oil, put in the kneaded dough, press the shape of the tart skin along the bottom of the pan.
3 / Use a fork to pierce the dough to prevent the tart from swelling and deforming.

○ Cheese cheese paste making part
4 / Add the cream cheese to the powdered sugar and stir until it becomes a smooth and even particle-free state. Then add the eggs, light cream, lemon juice, and low-gluten flour and mix well.
5 / Pour the beaten cheese paste into the tapioca, about one-half of the area, cover the pan and heat for 30 minutes until the cheese paste is set.
6 / Pour in an appropriate amount of yogurt and shake gently.
7 / Finally, add a variety of seasonal fruits to decorate. Here I add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or oranges, grapes, etc. instead.

Tips
