Fuel Cell Catalyst Coatings

Ultrasonic coating spray systems for fuel cell fabrication are designed to spray a uniform micron thick layer of carbon platinum ink onto a PEM, GDL, SOFC or other electrolyte material. Ultrasonic spraying maximizes the active surface area of the platinum particles, has a uniform film, and uniformly disperses the particles in the suspension by ultrasonic vibration.
