Cut Round Cheese Wheels

My client is looking for a cheese cutter for their small factory. the UFM3500 looks like exactly what they want. They need to cut wedges from round cheese wheels and they need the machine to weigh each wheel and work out the number of cuts for the cheese portion weights they need.
