Cut Layer Cake Pieces

My client is working on a layer cake project and my client would like to use the ultrasonic cutter however the speed is very high.

The size of the layered cake piece is about 500x300mm, and my client will need about 15 cuts for each layered cake. The incision is in three directions (length, width and diagonal).

In total, my client needs to cut 22 layers of cake per minute, which means a total of 330 slices per minute.
