We recommend the machine UFM6000. There are two blades in 305 mm width separately, total width is 610 mm. The cutting speed is about 20-22 trays per hour. The size after cutting could be adjust by yourself, the Min. size could up to 5×5 mm. The programming could be saved up to 9999 sets.

UFM6000 is the automatic ultrasonic slicing machine with two blades in 305 mm width separately, total width is 610 mm. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm. It could portion the two round cakes at the same time, the diameter of each cake could be up to 10 inches. The size after cutting could adjust by yourself, the Min, size could be up to 5×5 mm. There is a function for blade self-cleaning and self-dry. The water in the washing tank should be filled in and output automatically. Remote control by WiFi function.
