There are two working modes: cutting without paper and cutting with paper insert. The two modes for different application. There is a easy programming and friendly operation. There are two round cutting plates with the machine, when one cake is cutting, the other cake is loaded to save the waiting time.

We could program the different cutting speed for the cake. For example, for the cookies bottom, it is easy for break, so the cutting speed should be slower; for the cake batter or cream cheese or jam, they are easy to stick to the blade, so the cutting speed is faster than bottom.
