We recommend the tabletop automatic machine UFM4000. There is one blade in 200 mm width. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 18 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm, the diameter of round cake could be up to 200 mm. There is a function for blade self-cleaning. The water in the washing tank should be filled in and output manually. It is suitable for the manufacturer with limited space.
