Apple Tart

Ingredients:
300g apples, 160g butter (room temperature), 100g honey, 3 eggs, 175g whole wheat flour, 5g baking powder, 5g cinnamon powder, 5g five-spice powder, 25g almonds, a little lemon juice;

Method:
1. Preheat the oven (160-170°C);
2. Crush the almonds with a wall breaker and sprinkle them evenly into the mold;
3. Wash the apples, remove the seeds, and cut into shreds; drip a little lemon juice to prevent oxidation ;
4. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, and beat the egg whites with a whisk;
5. Beat the butter and honey with a whisk or a food processor until they turn light yellow, then add the egg yolks one by one and mix well;
6. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and allspice, and stir roughly;
7. Add the shredded apples and the beaten egg whites, and stir slowly and evenly with a wooden spoon;
8. Pour into a mold, smooth it, and bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes, then take it out and let it cool before eating.
