120g icing sugar (powder powder)

Practice

① Place the butter at room temperature to soften, and stir evenly with a manual eggbeater.

②Add sifted powdered sugar (make biscuits for modeling, make sure to use powdered sugar instead of white granulated sugar, etc.) and mix well. Add 1g of salt and mix well.

③Add vanilla extract and egg liquid. The egg liquid is added in two parts. After stirring until it is completely fused, add the egg liquid.

④ Take another container, mix low-gluten flour, almond flour, and baking powder.

⑤ Sift into the butter, and mix them evenly by cutting and mixing. Because there are more powders, it can be sieved in several times.

⑥ Divide the mixed batter into three parts: apple peel, apple leaf, apple meat, the ratio is 1: 2: 3.

⑦ As a dough for apple noodles, add no coloring, round it, wrap it in baking paper, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour.

⑧Add red color powder and a little red yeast powder (dark color) to the apple peel and knead well. If there is no big red toner, please add red pigment and black pigment to make apple red. The black pigment acts as a deep red. You can also use red yeast powder instead. Because the coloring effect of each red pigment is not the same, the coloring effect of synthetic pigments and natural pigments are also different, so this step of apple cookie will appear different “red” apples because of the choice of materials.

⑨Cut the color-adjusted red dough between two pieces of baking paper, gently rub it with a rolling pin to form a uniform and thin dough, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

⑩Add green pigment to the apple leaf dough and knead well.
