In our current operation, we are slicing a frozen cake into uniform rectangular pieces. The starting product size is a generous 400mm x 600mm. Our cutting specifications require the cake to be divided into pieces measuring 100mm x 30mm. Utilizing the advanced ultrasonic cutter technology, our machine achieves this task with remarkable efficiency, completing the cutting process in just one minute. This swift and precise cutting capability not only enhances productivity but also maintains the integrity and quality of the frozen cake, ensuring that each piece is perfect for our customers.
