Ultrasonic Pyrolysis
The ultrasonic pyrolysis device will be used to deposit thin film layers on glass substrates, a process prepared via sol-gel technology.
The material consists of organic solvent + polymer + a small amount of mineral acid + mineral salt dissolved in water. In the process of preparing thin film layers, ultrasonic pyrolysis equipment plays an important role. Ultrasonic waves can produce high-speed vibrations, allowing the organic solvents and polymers in the sol to be better mixed together. During this process, the organic solvent evaporates and the polymer solidifies, eventually forming a thin film layer. This thin film layer has good adhesion and stability and can play an important role on the glass substrate. Heating the sample to 500C can solidify the sol better and produce a more stable film layer.
The role of the ultrasonic pyrolysis device in the film layer preparation process is irreplaceable because it can generate high-speed vibration, which allows the organic solvent and polymer to be better mixed together to produce a more stable and uniform film layer.
