UFM6700 ultrasonic cutter is the automatic ultrasonic slicing machine with two blades. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm. It could portion the two round cakes at the same time, the diameter of each cake could be up to 10 inches, the maximum cake height is 90mm. There is a paper insert function when in cut round cake. There is a function for blade self-cleaning and self-dry.
