Perovskite Photovoltaic Spraying Process
Perovskite Photovoltaic Spraying Process – Ultrasonic Coating – Cheersonic
As perovskite solar cells become more commercialized, a variety of production methods have emerged, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. Cheersonic Ultrasonic has developed a new ultrasonic spraying process that can be used to produce stable multilayer perovskite solar cells of various colors and transparency, capable of depositing thin-film coatings on glass or flexible materials at relatively low temperatures on a film substrate.
Through our ultrasonic spray process, the solution of the upper layer does not interfere with the solid thin film that makes up the first layer, and infinite combinations of stacked perovskite structures with any number of layers can be designed and created by precisely controlling the thickness and deposition rate of each layer.
