Nougat Cutting Machinery – Ultrasonic Cutting Tool – Cheersonic

If your application is as follows:
1. food: nougat
2. size before cutting: 600x500x80 mm and 600x150x40 mm (LxWxH)
3. the final product are bars or squares

We will recommend the UFM6000 which is the automatic ultrasonic cutting machine with two blades in 305 mm width separately, total width is 610 mm. For the nougat, it is sticky, so the function of blade self-cleaning is necessary. The size after cutting could be set by customer, the program could be saved to 9999 sets. It could slice the rectangle, round and bar products with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 500×600 mm. It could portion the two round products at the same time, the diameter of each product could be up to 10 inches. The length of the bar products could be up to 600 mm. The cutting speed is about 1 cut per second. There is a function for blade self-cleaning and self-dry. The water in the washing tank should be filled in and output automatically. Remote control by WiFi function.
