Ultrasonic Slicer For Fresh Dough

We are designing an ultrasonic slicer for fresh dough in bars for our customers biscuit factory. I suggest UFM3100L. Most basic machine inline cutting only one axis slitting.

Fresh dough sliced from a full sheet into portioned pieces for retail sales. Before automating the process each piece was a little different, but now with a ultrasonic cutting machine each portion comes out looking the same, no matter who is operating the machine.
