Recently, the super-hot thick-cut yogurt cake has been arranged. The weather is too hot and you have to eat something cold!
Ingredients
320g whipped cream / 320g Anmushi or thick old yogurt / 20g sugar substitute / 2 oranges / 70g orange jam

Electric whisk / 6 inch mousse mold /

Step
- Weigh all the ingredients for later use.
- After the oranges are cleaned with salt water, the skin of one orange is ground into scraps; the orange flesh is peeled into small pieces; the other orange is cut into thin slices for use; the bottom of the mousse ring is wrapped with plastic wrap for use.
- Pour whipped cream in the cooking bowl, add an appropriate amount of fine sugar, and use an electric whisk to beat to 80% of the hair.
- Add thick yogurt and orange crumbs and stir evenly for later use.
- Fix the bottom of the mousse mold with plastic wrap and pour 1/2 of the mixture into it.
- After spreading a layer of fresh orange meat in the middle, pour the other 1/2 mixture into the smooth surface.
- Put a few slices of orange on the surface and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours. Take out the slices and eat after freezing.
