How to make blueberry jam mille cake

  1. All materials are ready;
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks, put the egg whites into an oil-free and water-free egg-beating bowl, add corn oil and milk to the egg yolks in sequence, mix well and no oil, then sift in the flour, stir in irregular directions and set aside;
  3. Whisk the egg whites at a medium speed with an electric whisk. Add 40 grams of sugar in three batches. When thick foaming, white and delicate foaming, and obvious lines are formed, lift the whisk, and the egg whites show small sharp corners or small bends. Angle; the oven begins to preheat, 150 degrees up and down;
  4. Put 1/3 of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste and mix it evenly with a manual whisk;
