My client is looking for a cutting machine for a capacity of 400-500 kg/day of a hard and very sticky sweet product. They call it apple cheese because it is made of apple jam. It is pressed and dried.

At the moment the product is produced in a single pieces of the drop

Shape and they want to cut it to the slices as shown in the photos.
