Project Description
Basque Style Cheesecake
He is here for the Basque-style cheesecake that went viral some time ago!
Material
100 grams of cream cheese
20 grams of caster sugar
1 egg (just an average egg)
50g whipped cream
2 grams of corn starch
2-3 drops of grass essence will do
1 4-inch cake mold
1 piece of baking grease paper (can cover the size of the entire mold)
Practice
1. Take 100 grams of cream cheese and put it in a basin. After it has softened at room temperature, press it with a spatula until it is smooth; then add 20 grams of fine sugar and continue stirring until it is smooth and without particles.
2. Pour 50 grams of whipped cream and continue to mix well. Then add two or three drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
3. 2 grams of cornstarch are sieved and added to the batter, and mix well. (At this time, you can preheat your oven ~ 220°C for 5 minutes)
4. Take out your cake mold, brush a little butter into the mold, and then spread the oil paper. Pour the batter in (if possible, you can pass it through a sieve, because I don’t want to wash one more thing, so I omitted this step…)
5. Put the cake in the middle of the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes. (You can bake it for 5 more minutes if you like it darker)
6. The baked cake is QQ pop, shake it and it will duang duang~ After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours and you can rest assured and practical🤗
