Spraying Medical Objects

UAM3000 ultrasonic spraying equipment can meet the following requirements

1. Spraying material: Medical polyurethane material dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, the viscosity is not much different from that of tetrahydrofuran solvent; (Note: tetrahydrofuran solvent has corrosive effect on some plastic pipes)
2. Spraying medical objects: the shape is 5mm long, 0.35mm wide and 0.3mm thick. The object can be rotated during the spraying process to achieve uniform 360-degree spraying;
3. Spray thickness, the solution is sprayed on the object, the solvent evaporates, and the polymer forms a film on the medical object, the thickness is controllable in 1-10um;
