My client wants to cut nougat made of sugar, honey and a lot of dried fruit (hazelnut, almond, candied..). He produce not for business, in small quantities. So, I’m interested to a manual lowcost cutter. Now he cut the product semifrozen with a serrated knife. My client wants to try ultrasonic cutting nougat.
