Ultrasonic Drug-eluting Stent Spray System

An ultrasonic drug-eluting stent spray system can be used to prepare a polymer coating to prevent restenosis of blood vessels on the surface of an implantable drug-eluting stent. Compared with the traditional two-fluid nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can spray a more uniform drug coating, which can completely cover the stent without generating orange peel and adhesion to complex stent. In addition, the stent coating obtained by ultrasonic spraying technology is thinner than dip coating. Ultrasonic spraying technology can precisely control the amount of medicine sprayed on the stent, which makes spraying control more precise.
