The glass coating system is a versatile, low-maintenance coating system for pilot or medium-volume production of coatings on glass panels up to 610mm in width.

Compared to other coating methods for functional glass coatings, such as transparent conductive oxide coatings, ultrasonic spraying has clear advantages. Ultrasonic nozzles are particularly suitable for spraying suspensions with electroactive particles and dispersing them evenly in the suspension to produce excellent electrical properties.

This system is used to spray a variety of functional coatings on different sizes and types of glass, plastic and metal for many different applications:
· Transparent conductive oxide coating
· Photoresist coating
· Electrochromic paint
· CNT or nanowire coating
· Anti-reflection (TiO2, SiO2) coating
