The efficiency of perovskite solar cells has exceeded 22% in just a few years. Ultrasonic spraying technology has been introduced into the preparation process of perovskite film, and the conditions such as nozzle height, carrier gas pressure, precursor solution concentration and flow rate in the ultrasonic spraying method are optimized. The use of ultrasonic spray to achieve a strict droplet distribution helps to improve uniformity and surface area coverage, especially for large-area coatings, which is a significant cost reduction. A highly crystalline film can be produced by adjusting individual process parameters.
