Ultrasonic Gas Atomizer

The conventional way for the water atomization is to force it at high velocity through a small aperture of atomizer. Ultrasonic gas atomizers have been studied to obtain fine water fog.

Through the research, generation of ultrasound by resonance chamber was decided and dimention analysis was performed. The research results show that frequency of ultrasound generated is 10–120kHz and mean dimention of water fog formed is 0.1–10 μm.
