Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles

The accessories for the system (US nozzle + control module + wires) are following:
1. Chemical resistant wetting parts. Able to contact without harm with weak (~5% conc) acids (hydrochloric, periodic, acetic, oxalic), organic solvents (xylene, toluene, isopar, etc.), alcohols (IPA, ethanol, methanol).
2. Ability to use whether sole US dispensing or combined with pressurized air to increase kinetic energy of droplets/to shape dispensing cone.
3. It have parameters of the dispensing cone to cover surface with diameter of approx. 25 mm having distance between nozzle and object less than 50 mm or about that.
4. Dispensing volume – 25-500 microliters per second, adjustable by external regulation of the supplied liquid velocity.
5. Total noise level from the entire system in hearing diapason less than 50 Db.
6. Possibility to install nozzle into 3-axis moving system:
– it might have flexible wires and tubes to avoid damage during movement
– might have threaded holes or pins to have possibility to be mounted.
