Project Description

Ultrasonic Diagnostic Device Coatings Systems

As of 2011, there are approximately 4,000 types of in vitro diagnostic tests in the United States alone, with nearly 7 billion patient tissue samples per year, accounting for more than $750 billion in health care expenditures. Among other things, advances in computing, resolution, nanotechnology, and microfluidics enable new equipment research and development to progress and improve existing equipment. More accurate, cheaper and faster diagnosis is the key to the medical field.
Ultrasonic Diagnostic Device Coatings Systems - Cheersonic
Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzles develop such equipment and expand its production. Our system can be used to test substrate production and the gas-assisted spray shaper is directly connected to our ultrasonic nozzles. The accessory uses a low air flow, typically less than 2 PSI, to direct the droplets onto the substrate. Our ultrasonic atomizing spray equipment produces the shape required by the customer and is easy to use.
